The Display Orders Screen

This screen displays all orders that have successfully been completed. It shows the customer's name, billing address, delivery address and email details as well as the customer's cart contents and order total. However, this is only available if the optional PROTX payment solution is implemented and not if the Paypal payment solution is used.

If the Paypal solution is implemented then Paypal send an email with details of the transaction and all relevant order details are available on the Paypal Administration site.

The PROTX payment solution includes an Administration page on their site to allow you to log on and administer your account and this is the source you should use when dealing with orders rather than the Total Control Display Orders screen, which is only provided for reference. When a transaction is made, PROTX also forward an email to the customer advising them of their puchase.
