Edit Cart Style

The Edit Cart Style Screen

This screen gives you the choice of editing the product layouts of individual products on selected pages. It also allows you to set the overall style of cart elements such as "Add to Cart" buttons and the search box.

The Product Layouts Screen

This screen allows the layout of individual products to be altered. The thumbnail image can be displayed to left, right or above the name and description of the product. Also a border can be displayed around the product (the overall style of product borders is set from within the Edit Cart Style option).

You also have the option of displaying or not displaying a quantity select input box adjacent to the "Add to Cart" button next to a product. If you stock a quantity of a particular product then naturally you would display the quantity select box. However, you may stock a product which is one of a kind, such as an original oil painting. In this instance you wouldn't wish to give the user the choice of more than one of the item.

You also have the option of displaying or not displaying a link to an enlargement image below the thumbnail image of a product.

The screen shown above allows the style of the Cart button border colour and style to be edited. Similar screens are available to edit all the other aspects of the cart style such as the search box, warning messages and even whether you wish a cart graphic or a basket graphic and which colour it should be (the wording within buttons changes to either Cart or Basket automatically depending on your choice).
